Lending halved
It made 47 loans, down 49% from 93, while similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans) rose 4% and the market 10%. Its fall was larger than at almost all peers. From 2018 to 2022 it made between 159 and 180 loans a year. The record does not show why; demand for home-improvement loans, most of its lending, may have fallen.
