First Texoma National Bank makes small loans, many of them on manufactured homes, and in 2025 its lending grew faster than at about three in four similar lenders.
It made 54 loans, up 29% on 2024, while similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans) rose 2% and the market 10%. That is still about half the 102 it made in 2018 and the 103 of 2019. Its count hit a low of 41 in 2023 and has risen since.
Manufactured homes made up 16.7% of its loans, against 1.0% at peers, a higher share than at about nine in ten. Its largest market is non-metro Oklahoma, where it ranked 119 of 538 lenders. Rocket Mortgage led, followed by First United Bank and Trust Company. Across the Texas line, in Sherman-Denison, it ranked 144 of 343. It has served both since 2004.
