A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 31.6% of its loans, against 1.6% at similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans), the highest share in the group. That fits its small loans: a typical $65,000, against $185,000 at peers, among the lowest. Every loan was conventional, and refinances (48.2%) outnumbered purchases (35.1%).
