A neighborhood lender
36.7% of its 62 loans in 2025 were in low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods, against 18.6% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That is more than at nearly nine in ten of them, and close to its own 36.2% in 2024. Its share to LMI borrowers, 25.0%, sat near the middle.
