A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 34.0% of its loans, against 3.2% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans), a higher share than at almost all of them. Such loans tend to be small, which may explain much of why its typical loan, $65,000, was smaller than at almost all peers; theirs was $175,000.
