A home-buying lender
Home purchase made up 74.4% of its 39 loans. Its typical loan, $105,000, was smaller than at almost nine in ten similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans), whose typical loan was $165,000. Manufactured homes, 15.4% of its loans against 2.6% at its peers, may account for part of that.
