In Sheboygan it ranked 24 of 201 lenders with 1.2% of the market, down 0.1 points; Bank First, Kohler Credit Union and CIBC Bank USA led. In non-metro Wisconsin, its largest market, it ranked 152 of 659.
Low- and moderate-income (LMI) borrowers took 30.6% of its loans, up from 21.8% and above the 27.9% at similar lenders. LMI neighborhoods took 3.5%, against 18.3%, among the lowest twentieth, and majority-minority areas 0.9%. Its lending outside metros, where such areas may be few, is a possible reason.
