Where its loans go
Low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods took 42.9% of its loans, against 18.2% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That is more than at about nine in ten of them. Majority-minority neighborhoods took 36.3%, against 6.4%. Its lending centers on Little Rock, and the neighborhoods it serves there may account for much of that.
