A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 18.6% of its loans in 2025; similar lenders, lenders of the same type making between half and twice as many loans, typically made none. Its typical loan was $125,000, against $245,000 for the group, among the lowest tenth. Manufactured homes usually cost less, which is one plain reason for the gap.
