A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 40.5% of its loans, against 2.7% at similar lenders (lenders of the same type making between half and twice as many loans). Almost none of them had a higher share. Refinances made up more than half its loans. Its typical loan, at $125,000, was smaller than the $165,000 at similar lenders, as that mix would suggest.
