Bank of Commerce and Trust Company makes small refinance loans in Kansas, and in 2025 it made fewer loans of every kind: 37, down 27%.
The bank made 37 loans in 2025, down from 51. Similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans) grew by 1%, and the whole market by 10%.
