Where its loans go
Some 55.1% of its loans were in poorer neighborhoods (low- and moderate-income, or LMI, tracts), against 16.6% at similar lenders (state member banks making between half and twice as many loans). In majority-minority neighborhoods the share was 51.7%, against 5.6%. Both are higher than at nearly all similar lenders, and both rose from 2024.
