Refinances made up 38.2% of its loans, other purposes 27.9% and purchases 26.5%. All were conventional. Its typical loan, $100,000, was close to similar lenders' $105,000.
Mobile has been its home market since at least 1990. It ranked 37 of 356 lenders there in 2025, with 0.7% of the market, 0.1 points lower than in 2024; Rocket Mortgage led. Growing more slowly than the market may account for the small dip. In Daphne-Fairhope-Foley its share held at 0.3%.
Low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods took 8.8% of its loans, against 17.3% at similar lenders, lower than at nearly nine in ten. It lends in just five counties, and how many such neighborhoods they hold may explain much of the gap. LMI borrowers took 20.0%, up from 13.5% in 2024 but below peers' 29.0%; household incomes in those counties could account for that.
Similar lenders: same lender type, originations between half and twice the lender's in the data year. Written from the 2025 HMDA data and checked figure by figure against it.
