New Carlisle Federal Savings Bank, an Ohio savings institution that mostly finances home purchases, is a top-ten lender in Springfield, OH, and grew again in 2025 after four lean years.
It made 126 loans, up 12% from 113. Similar lenders (savings institutions making between half and twice as many loans) grew 6% and the whole market 10%; it grew faster than about three in five of them. The rise follows a fall from 375 loans in 2020.
