InterBank is an Oklahoma City bank whose largest market is Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington. It made 310 loans in 2025, up 13%, faster than similar lenders and the whole market.
Its loans rose to 310 from 275, a gain of 13%, against 7% at similar lenders (state member banks making between half and twice as many loans) and 10% across the whole market. It is still well below the 820 loans it made in 2020; these figures do not show why.
It lent $178.1 million, more than at four in five similar lenders, though its typical loan, $165,000, was smaller than at about two-thirds of them. Jumbo loans (larger than the conforming limit) were 4.7%, against 1.7%. Its dollar total fell from $249.8 million even as its loan count rose, which a few very large loans in 2024 could explain.
It ranks 100 of 1,026 lenders in Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington and 14 of 114 in Enid, where its share rose to 1.9% from 1.6%. In Oklahoma City its share fell 0.1 points to 0.1%. A shift of its lending toward Texas, its main state, is one possible reason.
Borrowers with low or moderate incomes (LMI) took 22.1% of its loans, against 28.4% at its peers. LMI neighborhoods took 11.3%, against 16.5%, among the lowest fifth. Neighborhoods where most residents belong to minorities took 12.3%, against 5.9%. The markets it serves, led by Dallas, may account for both patterns.
