FNB & Trust of Ardmore, an Oklahoma bank, makes smaller loans than nearly nine in ten similar banks, and its lending grew 12% in 2025.
Its typical loan was $115,000, against $185,000 at similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans). Manufactured homes took 8.8% of its loans and home improvement 16.2%. Both tend to carry smaller amounts and may account for some of the gap.
