A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes took a higher share of its loans than at nearly all similar lenders (state member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That may help explain why its loans are smaller. Its typical loan was $145,000, against $185,000 at its peers, smaller than at about three-quarters of them. Home purchases made up 51.1% of its book.
