cPort Credit Union rarely finances a home purchase: fewer than one loan in five, 19.4%, was for buying a home in 2025, while manufactured homes took more than one in ten.
Home improvement made up 35.1% of its loans, refinances 23.1% and other purposes 22.4%. Its typical loan was $95,000, a little below the $105,000 at similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans).
