A third year of decline
It made 147 loans, against 186 in 2024 and 325 in 2022. Its fall of 21% compares with growth of 10% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans) and in the whole market; its change was lower than at about nine in ten of them. Its dollar volume fell to $21.2 million from $29.9 million. Its reliance on refinances, most of its lending, may explain the fall.
