An FHA lender among conventional peers
FHA loans (insured by the Federal Housing Administration) were 29.4% of its loans and VA loans (guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs) 5.6%. The typical similar lender (a state non-member bank making between half and twice as many loans) made none of either. Home purchases were 65.1% of its lending.
