A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes took 18.5% of its loans, a higher share than at almost all similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans). Every loan was conventional, with no government backing. Its typical loan, $155,000, was larger than the $105,000 at similar lenders.
