Notre Dame Federal Credit Union is an Indiana credit union that lends a larger share to low- and moderate-income (LMI) borrowers than more than nine in ten similar lenders, and its originations rose 6% in 2025.
Among similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans), the typical share of loans to LMI borrowers was 27.1%; Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's was 37.8%, up from 26.9% five years before.
