It lends only in Utah, in 5 metros, and ranked 26 of 363 lenders in Salt Lake City-Murray, UT, where its share held at 0.9%. Refinances were 30.9% of its loans, other-purpose loans 29.8% and home improvement 28.2%; purchases were 11.0%.
