BPL Mortgage, which first reported in 2023, grew its originations 36% to 7,256 in 2025, all of them conventional loans and 71.0% of them in low- and moderate-income tracts.
BPL Mortgage first reported in 2023, with 3,978 loans. It made 5,338 in 2024 and 7,256 in 2025, a rise of 36% against 29% for similar lenders and 10% for the whole market, faster than about three-quarters of them. Similar lenders here are non-bank or government lenders making between half and twice as many loans.

It lent in 46 states and 292 metros, with Ohio its main state. Its typical rate, 7.50%, was lower than about four in five similar lenders, whose middle rate was 7.91%.
