All purchase lending, with a large FHA share
Every loan in its 2025 mix was for a home purchase; it made no refinance loans. FHA loans (insured by the Federal Housing Administration) were 34.4% of its originations, up from 21.3% five years before and higher than at about nine in ten similar lenders (independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans), whose typical share was 21.3%.
