Fewer loans in LMI areas this year
Similar lenders are state member banks making between half and twice as many loans. 11.1% of its loans were in LMI (low- and moderate-income) areas, down from 25.0% and against a typical 16.7%, lower than about two-thirds of them; 2.8% were in majority-minority areas, against 7.4%. With 37 loans, a few loans move these shares, and its mostly non-metro Kansas and Oklahoma markets may hold few such tracts. Too few purchase and refinance applications were decided to give a denial rate.
