Fewer loans, more dollars
Originations fell from 152 to 113 while the typical similar lender (a state member bank making between half and twice as many loans) grew 8% and the whole market 10%; only about one in twenty peers had a larger fall. Dollar volume still rose to $48.5 million from $45.9 million. The 2025 count is close to its 2020 and 2021 levels, so 2022 to 2024 may be the exception, perhaps helped by the 2021 merger with Cornerstone Bank.
