National Bank of St. Anne is a top-ten lender in Kankakee, where it has lent since before 1990, but it lost some share there in 2025 and its loans in low- and moderate-income areas fell sharply.
In Kankakee it ranks 9 of 206 lenders with 2.7% of the market, down from 3.1%, close behind Municipal Trust and Savings Bank and Rocket Mortgage. Its loans slipped 2% while similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans) rose 6% and the market rose 10%.
