Authorized Use Restriction

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any competitor or adverse party to Jenner Analytics Ltd.

2. You are not accessing the Platform for competitive analysis, reverse engineering, benchmarking, model training, investigation, evidentiary collection, claim development, or litigation support adverse to Jenner Analytics Ltd.

3. You are not a competitor or prospective competitor of Jenner Analytics Ltd., and you are not acting on behalf of, at the request of, or for the benefit of any competitor, prospective competitor, litigant, investigator, law firm, expert, consultant, or other adverse party to Jenner Analytics Ltd.

4. If any of the above representations become untrue during your use of the Platform, you will immediately cease using the Platform and notify Jenner Analytics Ltd. at [email protected].

Access to the Platform for any of the restricted purposes described above requires Jenner Analytics Ltd.'s prior express written consent. Unauthorized access in violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and may give rise to claims for misrepresentation and breach of contract.
